Aurora Elaine Kay Roarx, age 2 months, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Saturday, (April 25, 2026) at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on February 09, 2026, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Blake Embry and Sandra Roarx.
She was a happy baby who enjoyed Strawberry Shortcake cartoons and looking at all the pretty lights.
She is survived by her parents, Blake Embry and Sandra Roarx; five aunts and uncles, Briceson Ellis, Remington Embry, Oaklynn Embry, Cadence Smith and Todd O’Rafferty; maternal grandmother, Melvia “Pooh Bear” Roarx; paternal grandparents, Terry Embry Jr. and Sheena Ellis; and a maternal great-grandfather, Ricky Duke. Several cousins and family friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Linda Duke.
Private Services will be held at a later date.
