A woman has been arrested after allegedly giving a toddler a tattoo.
Kentucky State Police arrested 27-year-old Brook Ann McDaniel, of Monticello, at a Columbia residence on Monday.
Court documents, according to WKYT.com, indicate McDaniel gave a 22-month-old child a tattoo on the child’s arm. The child, police said, had a black tattoo dot on an arm and the area was red. Multiple witnesses told police that the suspect gave the child a tattoo and that the child asked for the tattoo.
McDaniel was charged with fourth-degree assault (child abuse). She was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond.
