Jerry Elvin Shelton, 85, of Eastview, passed away Saturday September 8, 2018 at his Residence in Eastview.
He was born in Owensboro to Floyd and Ola Evans Shelton. He was an Army Veteran and owner operator of Eastview Slaughter House and Best Way Food Mart in Clarkson, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Sammy Dale Shelton.
He is survived by his Wife, Shirley A. Shelton of Eastview, KY. two Sons, Charles (Sherry) Shelton of Hodgenville, KY, Ronnie (Tameria) Shelton of Caneyville, KY, two Sisters, Barbara Sue Farbrogh of FL, Peggy Potts of Lewisport, KY, 3 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held Friday September 14, 2018 12:00 pm EST at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY With Rev. Shelby Haire officiating. Burial will be held at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central with military honors.
Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST or Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
