A Breckinridge County man has been arrested for his second DUI and other charges after blowing through a stop sign at the Leitchfield exit of the Western Kentucky Parkway.

Wednesday night about midnight, Grayson County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Zane Greer was patrolling westbound WK Parkway when he observed a vehicle swerving, according to Greer. He followed the vehicle, being driven by 25-year-old Jonathan Sosh, onto the westbound off ramp at the Leitchfield exit where Sosh blew through the stop sign at the end of the ramp, Greer said.

The sergeant executed a traffic stop at Valero, on South Main Street.

Upon making contact with Sosh, Greer detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and observed an open container of alcohol. Greer also determined Sosh was under the influence of alcohol.

Sosh was arrested and charged with his second DUI, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, disregarding a stop sign, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to produce an insurance card.

Sosh was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
