Learn how to use two new small appliances that will help you to save time in the kitchen, while still being able to provide healthy meals for your family!  We are talking about the Air Fryer and the Instant Pot.  Both of these new appliances are the current rage in food preparation in the kitchen, and are geared toward helping you save time, cut down on fat and calories, and provide greater nutritional value.  GC Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences, Natalie Taul, will present a program on these appliances at Clarkson City Hall on May 22nd at 6:00 p.m.  Get first-hand look at how both of these appliances are operated, and taste the foods that are cooked in them.  Participants will take home new recipes and an information packet.  The class is free and open to the public but advanced registration is required by calling 270-259-3942.
