After a four-month investigation into sexual abuse allegations involving a juvenile victim, Kentucky State Police has arrested an Owensboro man.
Police said that on April 10, the Daviess County Grand Jury issued an indictment warrant for 28-year-old Robert Shelton accusing him of two counts of third-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He was located and arrested in McLean County and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center where he’s being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
