Man arrested after driving bicycle through pawn shop window

An intoxicated Bell County man has been arrested after driving a bicycle through the window of a pawn shop.

William M. Hoskins, 37, of Middlesboro, crashed his bike through the front window of Middlesboro Pawn Shop on Friday night, according to multiple media reports. Police said Hoskins was under the influence, with authorities finding methamphetamine, marijuana and a glass pipe on Hoskins.

Middlesboro police said Hoskins was also wanted on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hoskins was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He’s being held in the Bell County Detention Center.
