The man who previously fled the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office while intoxicated and with two small children in the car has been arrested on a DUI charge in Leitchfield.

Friday morning at approximately 3:50, Grayson County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Zane Greer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving erratically on South Main Street. As Greer was executing the stop, he noted that the male driver and a female passenger attempted to change seats as the vehicle was moving.

Upon making contact with the driver, 22-year-old Bradley Fluhr, of Louisville, Greer suspected him to be under the influence. He was given a field sobriety test and arrested.

Fluhr was charged with his second DUI (aggravating circumstances), driving on a suspended/revoked license, changing drivers with the car in motion (reckless driving), and failure to maintain insurance along with other non-moving violations.

He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.

In February, Fluhr led Sgt. Fred Norder on a high-speed pursuit that began on Anneta Road near Ambassador Shores Drive. The chase proceeded south on Hwy 259 and entered Sweeden where Fluhr turned around and fled law enforcement back into Grayson County, where he soon stopped the vehicle.

Fluhr fled police at speeds reaching 80 miles per hour with two small children riding unrestrained in the back seat of a Nissan passenger car.
