Eric Lee Jack, age 42, of Leitchfield, passed away, March 3, 2021, at his residence.
He was born May 5, 1978, in Williams County, Ohio.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Julia “Kathy” Jack; two brothers, Elroy and Bobby Jack; a nephew, Chris Jack; three uncles; two aunts and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 6 PM (CST), Monday, March 8, 2021, at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. James Miller officiating. Cremation will follow after the service.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 PM, (CST) at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Eric Jack Memorial Fund at the funeral home.
