The FBI’s Louisville office has announced another Kentuckian has been charged for his role in the January 6 U.S. Capitol riot.

Federal authorities arrested Eric D. Clark, 44, of Louisville, on Tuesday and charged him with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

Clark is currently in federal custody at the Oldham County Detention Center, and is at least the 12th Kentuckian charged in the insurrection, according to the U.S. Dept. of Justice.
