Roy Hack Jr., 70, went Home to his Heavenly Father, Thursday, July 29, 2021. Born December 20, 1950 in Sadler, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Roy and Maxine (Riley) Hack.
Roy served his country in the US Army. He retired from Zollner Corporation after 30 years, in 2002. On May 9, 1970, he married the love of his life, Vicki, and was wed to her for over 51 years. Together, they had three sons.
Surviving are his wife, Vicki (Mundt); and sons, Richard (Candy) Hack of Columbia City, IN., Michael Hack of Fort Wayne, IN., Matthew (Robin) Hack of Auburn, IN.; grandchildren, Trevor, Tyler, Taylor, Braelyn Hack, Jordan and Lexi Leffler; and also one great-granddaughter, Cherish; and great-grandson on the way, Wyatt. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, David (Ruth) Hack, Susie (Darrell) McGrew, Terry (Kathy) Hack, George (Judy) Hack, Roger (Mary Anne) Hack; mother and father in-law, Richard and Mary Mundt. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Maxine Hack; and a brother, Dickie Hack.
Roy loved his Savior and family. He loved to build and remodel. He also loved spending time at the lake.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Ascension Lutheran Church (8811 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne), with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home (1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne). Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
