Jeanetta Faye Clemons, 71, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2021.

She was born on March 5, 1950, in Millerstown, KY. She was a graduate of Clarkson High School and House of James Beauty College, and a member of Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church. She was a hairdresser for over 50 years. She loved her work and built lasting relationships with her coworkers and customers, considering most of them her closest friends. She enjoyed the beach, bowling and spending time with her family and friends. Anyone who knew her knew that the highlights of her life were her daughters and grandchildren. She cherished time with them more than anything else.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Carby, and two brothers, Carlos Carby and James Carby.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Clemons, who was by her side throughout her illness; her daughters, Delica Penrod (Jerry) and Dana Hulbert; her beloved grandchildren, Hayden, Hadley, Albert and John; her sister, Debra Carby, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

Visitation will be at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, 115 West Main Street, Clarkson, KY, on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST and Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM. The funeral will be Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church, 27 Wheeler Mill Road, Clarkson, KY, at 1:00 p.m., with Brother Stanley Wooden officiating. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery.
