Accused drug trafficker, multiple theft, drug suspects on roster of Grayson County's Most Wanted

The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office has announced its latest list of Most Wanted suspects.

Anyone with knowledge of the location of any of the Most Wanted is asked to contact the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office at 270-259-3024 or your local law enforcement agency.

Ernest Hurn, 40 (pictured on left in headline photo): Wanted for trafficking in a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in its proper container and possession of marijuana.

Shawn Brady Cook, 37: Wanted for two counts of first-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking (over $500)

Benjamin Lee Higdon, 44 (pictured on right in headline photo): Wanted for leaving the scene of an accident (death or serious physical injury) and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Justin C. Bowlds, 24: Wanted for first-degree assault and DUI (aggravating circumstances).

Benjamin Robert Campbell, 38: Wanted for theft by unlawful taking (automobile), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scottie Lee Clemons, 44: Wanted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Whitehead, 22: Wanted for third-degree burglary.

Christian A. Goostree, 25: Wanted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thaddeus D. Grant, 47: Wanted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Gillespie, 44: Wanted for theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) and theft of identity without consent.

A suspect who has made multiple appearances on the Most Wanted roster has been arrested.

Jeffrey M. Mudd, 55, was arrested on December 31, 2021, and lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center. He was wanted for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
