A Breathitt County man has been arrested after sexually assaulting a dog.
Kentucky State Police arrested 30-year-old Andrew Bennett Sunday night after responding to an animal cruelty complaint on Butter Point Road, about 10 miles south of Jackson. Upon arriving at the residence, troopers discovered Bennett had engaged in sexual activity with a dog. Police said there is video evidence of the crime.
Bennett was charged with sexual crimes against an animal and lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
