Clem Geourman Raymer, 91, of Brownsville passed away Tuesday March 1, 2022 at his home.

The Edmonson County native was a sheet metal worker retired from P Lorillard Co., a member of Washington Meredith Lodge #355 F & AM for 63 years and a member of Asphalt Church of Christ. He was a son of the late Clem Raymer and Byrd Dalton Raymer and the husband of the late Etta Higgs Raymer. He was preceded in death by a sister, Freeda Raymer and three brothers, Knightie Raymer, Eunell Raymer and Tony Raymer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cub Creek Cemetery. Visitation will take place 1-7 PM Friday and after 9:00 AM Saturday. Masonic services will be held at 6:00 PM Friday.

Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Wheat of Brownsville and Charlotte Wright (Tim) of Gastonia, NC; a son, Frank Raymer (Cara) of Flaherty; two sisters, Brenda Faye Raymer of Louisville and Veneta Raymer of New York City; seven grandchildren, Sean Wheat (Candice), Scotty Wright (Lindsay), James Wheat (Diane), Andy Wright, Jason Raymer (Debbie), Kyle Raymer (Kayla) and Jared Raymer (Alexis); and seven great grandchildren, Jacob, Blake, Avery, Casey, Madalynn, Caroline and Teddy.
