Wilma Byers, age 92, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Tuesday, (June 21, 2022) at Helmwood Healthcare in Elizabethtown.
She was born on April 12, 1930 in Edmonson County, KY, the daughter of the late Leonard W. and Ada Constant Snyder.
She was a housewife and a member of the Greenwood United Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Byers (Ann), Diana Burris, Danny Byers (Becky), & Mark Byers; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; Many nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, (June 24, 2022) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Terry Priddy will be officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
