A Bowling Green man has been arrested on a dozen child porn charges.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 36-year-old Joshua Kenneth Orr on Tuesday and charged him with eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12-years-old, and four counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12-years-old.
Orr was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation, according to police. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering Orr sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in a search warrant at Orr’s residence where equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
The investigation is ongoing.
Orr was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
