A Russell County teenager has been arrested after shooting and killing his brother.
Kentucky State Police arrested 18-year-old Alexander Maynard, of Jamestown, and charged him with murder in the shooting death of his brother, 22-year-old Charles Maynard.
Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Fox Lane in Jamestown late Wednesday night after Charles Maynard was found deceased from a gunshot wound.
State police said a trooper observed Alexander Maynard walking along Hwy 127 in Casey County on Thursday. He was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
