The name of the woman who perished in a structure fire in Ohio County has been released.
Ohio County Sheriff Adam Wright said that once the fire was extinguished, it was discovered the occupant of the residence, 60-year-old Deborah Maze, of Beaver Dam, was still inside.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
