Free bottled water for Leitchfield Utilities customers is being handed out at the Grayson County Fairgrounds.
“Grayson County Emergency Management (GCEM) and Fiscal Court has set up a distribution point for cases of water to be given to the customers of Leitchfield Utilities only,” GCEM said in a press release.
The distribution point is at the Grayson County Fairgrounds, at 1414 Brandenburg Road.
“This will be open now,” officials said. “Please bring your ID to pick up your cases of water. A plan is in place for bringing more water in if this situation continues.”
Meanwhile, Leitchfield Utilities has issued a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for all Leitchfield Utilities customers.
