A Breckinridge County boy dominated the Kentucky Junior PGA State Golf Championship.
Max DeHaven, of Hardinsburg, won the tournament’s Boys Division (11- to 13-years-old) by 16 strokes, as DeHaven shot 142 (-2). His closest competitor shot 158 (+14) in the two-day, 36-hole championship.
The tournament was held on Monday and Tuesday at Quail Chase Golf Course in Louisville.
