On Saturday afternoon, Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop in Ohio County on a vehicle with an obstructed view
Police said, upon making contact with the driver, 47-year-old Wayne T. Moxley, of Falls of Rough, troopers determined Moxley to be driving under the influence, and in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Moxley was arrested and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center where he’s been charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with non-moving violations.
