Another of Grayson County’s Most Wanted has been captured.

Richard B. Rusher, 38, of Leitchfield, was arrested by the Elizabethtown Police Department on Thursday afternoon on North Mulberry Street.

Rusher was wanted on three counts of failure to appear on felony charges and contempt of court for failure to pay child support, according to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.

Rusher is at least the third of Grayson County’s Most Wanted recently caught after 37-year-old Justin R. Nance turned himself into the Deputy Erik Franklin on October 20. Nance was wanted for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and being a persistent felony offender.

Rusher was previously arrested by Kentucky State Trooper Joey Beasley in late April 2019 after Beasley spotted Rusher standing in a yard in the 10900 block of Elizabethtown Road. At that time, Rusher was wanted on several charges in Grayson County, including second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking (over $10,000, less than $1 million), first-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Beasley, when searching Rusher, located hydrocodone pills in his pocket, which saddled the suspect with two additional drug charges.

On November 18, another of Grayson County’s Most Wanted, 33-year-old William Agrinsoni, was nabbed by Grayson County Sheriff Norman Chaffins and Leitchfield PD Detective Kevin Smith at a residence in the 8600 block of Shrewsbury Road.

He was served with indictment warrants for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, opiates), being a persistent felony offender, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in marijuana. Agrinsoni, a convicted felon, was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.

He remains lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
