Kentucky State Police arrested 51-year-old Wayne T. Moxley Wednesday afternoon. Early Wednesday morning, Moxley fled police in a vehicle before stopping and fleeing from the stop on foot on Old Askins Road, about two miles east of Fordsville, according to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office.
Moxley, who was arrested in 2015 on methamphetamine charges and in 2018 for possession of methamphetamine and DUI, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12), being a persistent felony offender, intimidating a witness in the legal process, his third DUI (controlled substance), speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, two counts of fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle, on foot), driving on a DUI suspended license, and second-degree criminal mischief.
He’s being held in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
