
Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) is hosting events to assist new and returning students select their summer and fall classes.
All events will be offered on-campus and virtually.
Summer classes start June 6, and fall classes start August 15 and October 17.
ECTC is offering more than 140 classes this summer, according to school officials, and nearly 900 classes are offered for the fall semester.
Express Enrollment is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from May 10 until May 13. To sign up for an in-person or online appointment, visit elizabethtown.kctcs.edu. On-campus participants should start in the Welcome and Admissions Center in the Regional Postsecondary Center on the Elizabethtown campus.
“We’re making enrollment easy,” said Director of Academic Advising Saundra Kimberlain. “Each Express Enrollment participant will meet with an academic advisor and select the classes that fit their schedule and align with their educational and career goals.”
While walk-ins are welcome, students are encouraged to sign up for Express Enrollment as soon as possible to ensure they have time to resolve any outstanding admissions requirements.
Pathway to Enrollment is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on May 16 in the Regional Postsecondary Center (Room 142) on the Elizabethtown campus. The event is designed to support new and prospective students just getting started in the enrollment process.
“Students find help with the ECTC application, transcripts, applying to get money for college, and academic advising in a welcoming, one-stop environment,” officials said. “Prizes like school readiness kits will be available, too.”
