A Grayson County juvenile was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Lilac Road (Hwy 737).
Grayson County Deputy Hunter Miller, the Leitchfield Fire Department and EMS responded to the wreck in the 2600 block of Lilac Road on Monday at approximately 6:15 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found that a Honda Accord, being driven by a female juvenile from Grayson County, was traveling south on Lilac Road when she lost control of the vehicle while driving out of a curve.
The vehicle fishtailed, left the roadway and traveled down a small embankment where the Honda suffered front end damage when the Accord struck the ground before hitting a fence.
A juvenile female passenger was transported by EMS to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center. The driver was not injured.
