A Hardin County man has been arrested months after allegedly committing a violent home invasion.
The Elizabethtown Police Department arrested 34-year-old Dylan W. Welch, of Radcliff, and charged him with first-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault.
The charges arose after Welch was accused of illegally entering a residence in October 2025 and robbing the occupants at knife point, according to a report by The News-Enterprise. He also threatened to kill the residents if they did not turn over their money.
Additionally, Welch assaulted one of the victims and stole a cellphone.
Elizabethtown police arrested the suspect late Saturday night. He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
