The teenager accused of killing two students and injuring over a dozen other students was arraigned in Marshall Circuit Court on Friday.
A Marshall County Grand Jury returned an indictment on Tuesday against 15-year-old Gabriel Parker, of Hardin, charging him with two counts of murder and fourteen counts of first-degree assault, according to Kentucky State Police. The charges will be heard in adult court, something prosecutors have said since early in the investigation they would seek.
The charges stem from the January 23 shooting at Marshall County High School, where Parker was a student.
Parker’s bond was set at $1.5 million.
