Thomason said OFS Brands will add 75 new employees in its expansion while Extreme Fabrication will add 26 new jobs. OFS Brands is a maker of office furniture and equipment, and Extreme Fabrication performs metal cutting, bending, welding and custom design work, as well as all types of onsite installation, industrial services, and emergency repair.

Both businesses are located on Salt River Road.

Thomason said as an incentive the city will pay each business $1,000 for each full-time, permanent employee who works at least 90 days. The financial incentives will be remitted quarterly.
