Kentucky State Police has released information pertaining to driver testing.

State police said the KSP Driver Testing Branch will begin scheduling appointments for road tests (Class D) on July 1.

“There is a substantial backlog of road tests that were cancelled” due to the coronavirus pandemic. The backlogged citizens “will be scheduled first, in order to eliminate the backlog,” according to KSP.

The agency said more information will be released prior to July 1 regarding the scheduling process.

Grayson County residents are asked to call 270-766-5002 to schedule an appointment.
