The Hart County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting in Hart County.
The shooting, which resulted in a male shot multiple times in the chest, occurred on Eve Highway, just off Hwy 31-E between Magnolia and Hardyville.
The shooting occurred not long before 6:00 Monday night.
The shooting suspect has been detained.
Initially, Grayson County EMS was requested to transport the victim to a hospital, but with an estimated time of arrival at the scene at just over 50 minutes, first responders discovered an ambulance service that could arrive sooner.
