A Leitchfield man with multiple felony convictions has been arrested.

Wednesday night at approximately 6:40, Grayson County Deputy Andy Cast and Sgt. Erik Franklin arrived at a residence in the 1600 block of Cave Mill Road to serve an arrest warrant on 49-year-old Ronald L. Kerr.

Upon police arriving at the home, Kerr initially fled on foot but Cast ordered Kerr to stop, as the suspect obeyed the command.

Kerr, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections, was convicted in Grayson County in June 2021 on two counts of possession of a controlled substance (heroin, methamphetamine). He is on probation until July 2024.

Kerr was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
