Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) has made the 2024 list of Best Places to Work in Kentucky, according to the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.

ECTC participates biennially and has earned the designation three consecutive times: 2020, 2022 and 2024.

“At ECTC, we are committed to maintaining a caring culture where employees feel engaged and valued, and we are very excited to make the Best Places to Work list again,” Chief Human Resources Officer Whitney Taylor said. “The designation is a tribute to every member of the ECTC team and their commitment to working together to serve our students and our community.”

The selection process, managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on an assessment of employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky in 2024 includes 100 organizations. ECTC is among the 31 medium-sized organizations with 150-499 employees.

“It’s an honor to be a Best Place to Work in Kentucky,” ECTC President and CEO Dr. Juston Pate stated. “The work we do at the college is special not only because we are adding value to people’s lives, but we also get to work alongside incredible teammates.”

The winner rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on June 13.
