A man has been arrested on nearly 60 child sex/child pornography charges for offenses that took place in Ohio County.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office said that after an extensive investigation and presentation to an Ohio County Grand Jury, detectives arrested 24-year-old Zachary K. Maske, of Owensboro, following the grand jury indicting Maske on 57 counts.
He is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center where he’s facing the following charges: Three counts of second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, 12 counts of use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sex performance, 16 counts of unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal sex act, victim under the age of 16), 12 counts of promoting a minor in a sex performance (victim under the age of 18), 12 counts of possessing matter showing a sex performance by a minor (over the age of 12, under the age of 18), and procuring or promoting a minor by electronic means.
No other information was released.
