Remington Boyd Brown, 2, of Brownsville passed away at 3:22 AM Feb. 22, 2022 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville.
Born July 9, 2019 to Derek Brown and Elizabeth Woodcock, he loved watching the movie “Cars”, anything that involved cars, Spiderman and eating and he was a Mama’s boy.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charlene Woodcock and Jimmie Phelps; and great grandmothers, Mavis Brown and Linette Cassetty.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brownsville Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Sunday.
Surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Woodcock (Dustin); his father, Derek Brown (Tiffany); grandparents, Amy Phelps of Morgantown, Craig and Mavis Woodcock of Brownsville, Bud and Doniel Woodcock of Chalybeate, and Tommy Brown and Lisa Oates both of Franklin; great grandparents, Anita Blair of Morgantown, James Hunt of Bee Spring and Danny and Donna Goins of Chalybeate; siblings, Addi Brown, Aiden Brown, Easton Brown, Joseph Mitchell, Scarlett Graves, Gannon Dorris and Everlee Brown. Several aunts and uncles including a special uncle, Nathaniel “Bubba” Woodcock.
