District Judge-elect Bradley Butler’s swearing-in date set

The date for the investiture of District Judge-elect Bradley Butler has been set.

Butler will be officially sworn-in on Thursday, December 5th at 3:30 pm at the Breckinridge County Justice Center.

The Breckinridge County native will replace Judge Kenneth H. Goff, who was appointed to the Circuit Judge seat by Governor Matt Bevin. Goff will administer the official oath of office.

Butler defeated Beth Constant Ratley and Zanda Myers in the General Election held earlier this month.

The position of district judge for the 46th Judicial District, Division 1, comprises of Grayson, Breckinridge and Meade Counties.
