Caneyville felon indicted on drug charges in Hardin Co.

A Caneyville convicted felon has been indicted in Hardin County on drug charges.

Timothy P. Polston, 35, was indicted by a Hardin County Grand Jury for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested on those charges in late February 2021 by Elizabethtown police.

In June 2018, Polston was indicted by a Grayson County Grand Jury on two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, Clonazepam), two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, opiates) and possession of drug paraphernalia. His address at that time was listed as Falls of Rough. He was arrested on those charges in April 2018.

According to the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Polston was convicted in Grayson County for third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He is on probation until October 2022.
